There are several mental techniques that I use to help you push through mental challenges when exercising. One such technique is the "cookie jar," as it's commonly referred to. The cookie jar is a method you can use to boost your motivation when you're struggling. It involves reflecting on your past accomplishments, no matter how small they may be, from simply waking up that day to achieving long-term goals. Taking the time to recall these positive moments can have a significant mental impact and help change your mindset when you're facing difficulties.

The 100K

Look I did over do it a little last week in training and I am planning on really bringing it down this week and focusing more on some strength training to build the legs. But here is my training from the previous week.

Monday: Base run 9.1k

Tuesday: Base run: 10.9km

Wednesday: Base run: 22.9k

Thursday: Base run: 21.1k

Friday: Rest day

Saturday: Base run: 16.7k

Sunday: Base run: 19.3k

Total distance: 100k

Total Time: 10 hours 52 minutes
